Long before Log & Timber Solutions existed under its current name, Mitzi was keeping the operation organized, managing the office, and ensuring that customers felt cared for every step of the way. Her son Dustin puts it simply: “I can’t recall a bad thing ever being said about her.”

Married to Dave Hoffman for 44 years, Mitzi has been his partner not only in life but in business through every chapter of their story. Together, they built and operated a log home maintenance and restoration company in Central Pennsylvania, where Mitzi’s organizational expertise and people-first approach were just as essential to the company’s success as Dave’s field knowledge. When the decision was made to sell the Pennsylvania business and start fresh with Dustin and Laurie, Mitzi brought that same dedication and energy to the new venture.

Dave and Mitzi each bring their own strengths to the business, and together they are greater than the sum of their parts. While Dave leads with a hands-on approach in the field, Mitzi ensures that everything off the job site runs with the same level of care and precision. She manages the day-to-day office operations, coordinates with customers, and keeps every project on track, all while remaining the warm, approachable first point of contact that clients have come to count on.
