What's included
- Essential Care (3-yr): annual wash, inspection, minor check caulking, localized bee treatment.
- Protect & Preserve (3-yr): Essential + expanded caulking and targeted topcoat touch-ups on high-exposure areas.
- Premium Finish Care (5-yr): Protect & Preserve + planned maintenance finish (one full topcoat + targeted touch-up per cycle) and a priority start window.
Important notes
- Enrollment cap: limited to 50 properties.
- Readiness required: most cabins need a one-time Catch-Up Service before acceptance.
- Pricing starts around $200/month; final pricing after inspection. Project-specific factors—especially log wall access (scaffold/lift/crane), terrain/height, water/power availability, travel/HOA rules, and brush vs. spray—may adjust cost.
- Cancellations: allowed; a cancellation fee may apply based on where we are in the maintenance life-cycle.
